Cory is the President of Home Wealth Funding, a locally owned and operated mortgage company based in Northern Nevada built on providing excellent customer service and an expansive product offering. Doing this all while running a low overhead business where the savings are passed on to the customer in terms of low rates and fees.
He holds a BSC in Finance from Santa Clara University’s Leavy School of Business. Upon graduation, he was selected as a member of the highly selective Associate Development Program in the Institutional Mortgage Services Group at CFC. After intensive mortgage banking training he was promoted to Correspondent Account Executive at Bank of America Correspondent Lending, serving Credit Unions, Banks and Independent Mortgage Bankers.
From Bank of America Correspondent Lending, Cory joined the Sr. Management Team at International City Mortgage as Vice President of Production with initial responsibilities over business development, marketing, recruitment, loan production, risk mitigation, client and investor relations. As Executive Vice President of the firm, additional areas of focus include servicing, secondary marketing, product management and strategic planning.
Cory currently resides in Reno, NV with his wife Lauren, son Decker, daughter Siena and daughter Skyler.
